Hassle free car rental. All the paperwork was carried out online beforehand, so other than showing our licenses, nothing else to sort out on arrival. Representative was waiting for us at Stornoway Airport, and was happy to wait while we dealt with the fact that our bags hadn't made it. Car was perfect for us. Drop off very easy - parked where we'd collected the car, then posted key in drop box in terminal.

Great experience hiring a comfortable and clean vehicle, welcomed off the flight and speedy pick up, easy drop off after 5 days of hire due to the drop boxes for keys both in Stornoway town centre and in the airport building. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Stornoway Car Hire. We had exactly one day to spend on the Isle of Lewis to see the Callanish Standing Stones. We were met at the ferry terminal with the rental vehicle which allowed us enough time to get out to the stones for sunset which was magical. The whole check in/return process was electronic and seamless- just parked and dropped the keys at the airport the following day. If visiting the Isle of Lewis, I would highly recommend using Stornoway Car Hire to explore this beautiful corner of the world!

We had an incredible experience with Stornoway Car Hire. We were visiting for a wedding but had a few days extra on the island so decided last minute one morning to book a hire car. We were able to secure the last one they had available and pick it up quickly after booking. They were so accommodating to us and talked us through everything we needed to know. We also made an error when booking but they were so quick to rectify this and help us out. We were able to drop the car off at the airport too which was a huge help to us. I can’t recommend them enough.
